Kitchen & Bathroom Remodeling
in Connecticut.
Kitchens and bathrooms ask a great deal of a small footprint. Layout, water, power, storage, and surfaces must work together. We coordinate these decisions before they become installation conflicts.
What the service includes
Details resolved.
Work coordinated.
- 01Kitchen planning
Review preparation space, circulation, appliance dimensions, and storage. Confirm cabinet layouts with the selected appliances. Locate lighting, outlets, ventilation, and plumbing in relation to the final plan.
- 02Bathroom planning
Review fixture clearances, shower entry, storage, and ventilation. Resolve drain positions, wall niches, blocking, and valve locations before the walls are closed.
- 03Coordinate surfaces and installation
Set out tile with room dimensions and visible edges in mind. Review stone thickness, countertop overhangs, cabinet fillers, and transitions to adjacent rooms.
- 04Check the working details
Review cabinet operation, hardware, fixtures, visible sealant joints, and finish transitions. Complete the room against the agreed scope and selections.
Materials and project decisions
The visible finish.
The work behind it.
Cabinet construction, hardware, countertop care, and tile maintenance affect daily use. In wet areas, the substrate and waterproofing system matter as much as the visible tile. Material selections need to suit both the room and the way you live.
Existing conditions shape the scope.
Moving a sink, range, toilet, or shower can change work beyond the visible room. Existing framing and utility routes should be reviewed before a new layout is treated as settled.
