Custom playrooms and playgrounds
Play
by Trendy Walls Inc.
Custom play spaces with the same care as the rest of your home. Play is our signature offering for basement playrooms, backyard playgrounds, playhouses, and forts. Each project begins with your children, their interests, and the space they have to explore.
Built around play
Room to imagine.
Space to grow.
- 01Basement playrooms
Zones for making, reading, movement, and shared play. Consider storage, lighting, supervision, clearances, and the conditions of the lower level.
- 02Backyard playgrounds
A considered arrangement of play features, circulation, and surfacing. Review placement, drainage, access, and the requirements of the selected equipment.
- 03Playhouses and forts
Custom structures with openings, scale, materials, and access planned for their intended use. Coordinate the relationship to the house and the surrounding yard.
- 04Details that grow with the family
Discuss adaptable storage, durable surfaces, and how the space may change. The intended age range and supervision needs inform the design brief.
From the first conversation
Plan the work around your home.
Start with a Private Consultation about the children who will use the space, the activities they enjoy, and the property. We then resolve layout, materials, clearances, and construction details. Equipment requirements, appropriate surfacing, and access need project-specific review. No standard plan fits every home.
